So literally everyone I know with a fitbit is asking this exact question, and now looking to move to Apple Watch SE as there is just zero response from anyone at FitBit on this major issue. Why doesn't anyone from FitBit chime in?????

Seems like a major business loser here  - just go over to the Reddit forums on this topic too.
