Where do I find a maximum heart rate for an activity? I can find zones, resting, etc. but can't locate max

Hi, @ROBTEMPLIN , welcome. In the Fitbit app on your phone>Heart>swipe up to & touch today to see the colour-coded graph for the day's HR (remember HR is disabled while swimming) Touch the graph (in your case the peak that occurs while you are exercising) and a tile will indicate the HR. You may need to slide your finger left or right to get the precise peak you need. You might find this Video review of interest.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Another method is to navigate to the exercise, hit the share icon at the top (square box with an arrow pointing up). Then select "exercise", click on the session and the graph will show your max HR as a red arrow box. Here is an example:

I only get an average trying this, no max box

It would be much easier if a max number was just displayed somewhere, as moving the graph around with finger can be a bit detective to get the exact peak of graph.

Your share graph doesn't show the red arrow? Hmm, I have the latest Fitbit app version and it displays that properly for me. I can't use the hold/move method on my exercise graph, because it won't display the HR values, just some garbage hr/minute data which is meaningless.

Thanks. Probably can get a max moving around the chart each time but who wants to do that. Surprised not a standard metric like other fitness devices.
