Hello @Tonysheart and welcome to the Community. I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote. You wrote Afib in your title. Are you asking about the Irregular Rhythm Notifications, the feature that looks for signs of Afib by using the heart rate monitor? The attached link explains how to set it up. If you aren't in the US, you need to know that this feature isn't available in all countries. The list of countries is on this page.
If this doesn't answer your question, can you please rephrase it? I say this because the heart rate tile is on the app by default. You shouldn't need to go looking for it.
