Who do we call to get results?

Amazed at every entry that says the new sleep data tab sucks ... and yet they havent put it back the way it was. I say we start a campaign to call directly as high up the corporate chain as possible until they hear us and fix this stupid change. PLEASE BEGIN NOW.

Great question.  My wife has been communicating with customer support regarding her third Inspire 3 device that consistently fails to return detailed sleep cycle data and Heart Metrics (Breathing Rate and HRV) since April 9 with no success.  As soon as it became obvious to them that none of their basic troubleshooting steps were working (it's actually a real problem that probably involves a customer return), they simply ghosted her a few days ago and no longer respond to any of her emails.

Same when they first changed the home screen-loads of complaints here, but nothing changed. Apparently they don’t care.

Wow! Isn’t that great? Could they purposely be trying to tank the whole app? It makes no sense.
