Why is my inspire 3 not logging sleep?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I had one of the first generation fit bits and it logged my sleep without premium. That broke, I upgraded to an inspire 3 and it wasn’t logging my sleep, so I upgraded to premium and it maybe logs my sleep in simplified data 3 times a week? I’m on my 3rd inspire 3 sir this happening. Anyone have any way to solve this? Idk how to get ahold of any tech support .

Yeah, mine still does not track my sleep after months. I will not be getting a new Fitbit nor will I be recommending one. The older versions were SO much better. It’s a shame.

I loved my Fitbit One. It just started failing so I got the Inspire 3 one month ago. My wonderful Fitbit One worked perfectly for 10 years. I wish there was a way to get a brand new Fitbit One built by the original Fitbit team... Besides its reliability,  I loved wearing it on my hip & getting precise step data and only wearing it on my wrist at night (manually putting it to sleep & manually waking it up - so it didn't have to "sense" those times). I wear a Samsung smartwatch that I won't give up. So now I look like I belong on a NYC street corner selling watches. I got the clip for Inspire 3 thinking it would just pop out of the wristband. It doesn't. I don't want to mess with pins that could fail if tinkered with every day,

Hi. It turns out that when I 1st posted (the day after I got Inspire 3 for my Bday) was the week when Fitbit's servers went down. That impacted sleep tracking for me. Steps, etc for others. Yes, I have all the parameters set. But I still would give Inspire 3 up in an instant if my original Fitbit One would have kept working as it had for 10 yrs. The button on it just started failing. That's what forced me to get the newer device... I mentioned above why I loved Fitbit One (I got it pretty much when it 1st launched). Thx for your note!
