Hi, @Loripuxico, welcome to the community. You may find this article of interest: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center .
In my experience, the first thing to check is that "Juice" is reaching the charging puck at the end of the Inspire 3 charging cable. If you frequently unplug/plug in the charging cable to a USB socket, wear may have occurred to the charge cable USB plug or if you are using a USB brick, to the power input plug pins. Start at the brick (if you are using one) and plug another USB device into it to check it works. Make sure the two pins on the charge cable puck align with the pads on the back of your Inspire 3, the horns are different sizes, so you should not be able to get it the wrong way round. Now look at the USB plug on the charging cable. If it's clean, try wiggling it about to see if your Inspire 3 charge icon lights up.
While there are problems very occasionally with the devices when we try to charge them, these are the most likely causes. If you still have an issue, you should contact "customer support" online or via your Fitbit app. You almost certainly have the benefit of Fitbits Warranty
I hope this helps.
Cheers
