Wrong time and not recording steps accurately

Since switched to Google, my fitbit has not worked properly. Date and time are wrong and I cannot get it to correct even following all the recs.

Also it has incorrectly saved my steps. When posting to my data, I have lost 1000s of steps from what was recorded on my device

Ready to throw it away and get a different device

May I suggest you review these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? - Fitbit Help Center & Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center which contains advice & guidance.

Let us know how you get on by posting here again.
