Zone Minutes and Cardio score

Does it make sense that you could have 11,407 steps, walked/slow jogged 4.21 miles, 1,050 calories, and only have 1 zone minute and zero cardio?  Yes, I have a premium account, and this Inspire 3 (it's my third one) is less than a year old.  Is anyone else having issues with their zone minutes and cardio score??

Zone Minutes are based on heart rate.  Do you have your Inspire 3 set for Clip Mode or Wrist Mode?  In Clip Mode you will not get heart rate.  Even in Wrist Mode, it is possible to turn Heart Rate off in settings.  So first make sure you are getting heart rate readings.
Then check your heart rate zones.  To get Zone minute, your heart rate has to get at least into the moderate zone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for the response!  I will make sure it's in wrist mode and check my heart rate zones.
