Zone Minutes are off and app keeps adding or deleting food entries

My I3 has been off with Zone minutes, one day I had a whopping 14 with my daily walk which usually registers 60 to 75. I did a reset, and it was tracking correctly until today. 

And the app keeps adding and subtracting food entries.
