Zone minutes crazy high. 804 in a day

Ive been using this device for a year and this just started happening in the last few weeks. The last few weeks, I’ve been getting non-stop alerts congratulating me on my zone minutes. This happens all day including when I’m just sitting and not moving at all. Today it’s showing 804 minutes!! 30 minutes earlier it showed 772 and I’ve been sitting all evening. So something is clearly wrong. Any ideas?

Check if your Google birth date is year 1900.

Th birth year is set at 1963 in google

@Lindabz Zone minutes are usually based on your heart rate. Has your heart rate been up lately? Have you been sick or had a fever?

No, but thanks for the input. Funny thing is the day after I posted my
question the fitbit went back to acting normal. Go figure
