Zone minutes inaccurate after update

I get 2x the zone minutes I used to on my inspire 3 for the same walk that I do everyday. Typically I would get around 20 zone minutes per day, but now it's 70 to 90 per day. Distance, number of steps, and average bpm has not changed from before and after the update.
