All other details (steps, KMs, cals etc) are all accurate and matching what the watch says but the Zone Minutes are still at 0. I have tried restarting the app and both devices, but still no updating. Any ideas?

Could your fitbit be set to "clipped on body" - when set zone minutes are disabled.
