Zone minutes stopped on Inspire 3

My Fitbit has stopped recording Zone minutes. Since it wouldn’t sync yesterday (now fixed) it has not recorded any Zone Minutes & I cannot see how to correct it. I have tried restarting with no luck

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

@AW67 , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message and efforts with the restart.

Do the green LEDs blink?
In the meantime in the quick settings make sure that your Inspire 3 is on wrist mode and not on clip mode.
To change the setting just tap on it.

@AW67 , Thank you for your confirmation.

Please swipe the clock face until you find the settings app on the Inspire 3.

  • Look for other settings>Heart rate.
  • Tap on it to turn the heart rate off.
  • Sync your Inspire 3 with the app by swiping down the Dashboard on the Fitbit app .
Repeat everything to turn the heart rate on again, and don't forget to sync the tracker afterwards.

Wow. So you have to jump through multiple hoops to get this to actually record exercise.  Our 9 year relationship is pretty close to being terminated.  If it’s this difficult just to get it to do what it’s sold for, as advertised…. 😖👋
