Zone time problems, new workout categories

Time spend in Heart rate during weightlifting zones not accurately captured

 
I changed from Fitbit luxe to the inspire model a few months ago - I find it far less useful. I can’t log a plain“workout” at the gym - I’m not doing circuit training or hiit or powerlifting as such. A warmup, a core routine, weights, cardio, cooldown. Having to start and stop 3 different workout types is too finicky. As a result of this, my zone time is no longer accurately captured which makes all the cardio load and readiness data meaningless. Swimming zones are also no longer accurately recorded if I rely on the watch doing what it used to do, sensing when I’m in the pre swim shower that I’m in water and starting recording it as a workout. So frustrating when an upgrade isn’t an improvement!! Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? Any fixes, or workarounds?
