absolutely unhappy that laptop dashboard is gone

The laptop dashboard had many features not accessible from phone app.  This kills the product for me and from what ive seen on the forums you have alienated a large share of fitbit users by just killing the browser dashboard.

There are 47 pages of replies (over 900) to the announcement about the dashboard going away.  I didn't look at them all but I'm sure they were 100% negative.  Google doesn't care.  I'm sure their data shows that the app users outnumber the web/dashboard users by 10 or maybe even 100 to 1.  And the people that actually abandon their Fitbit will be miniscule.  So we can now move on and complain about something else! 🙂

well they did it.  didn't even wait till the end of the month.  they might as well just quit having the website. it is of no use anymore.  .   and maybe i wouldnl'lt mind so much if i could get the app on my desktop    just ridiculous that they didn't listen to us.  i hope everyone has  quit paying for premium.  i cancelled mine so it wouldn't renew and i really don't find that much difference.  i get most of what i use anyhow.   and then they have the nerve to put this stupid survey on that didn't give a chance to tell them how we feel.

Yeah I am already looking for something else and will recommend new people to pass these Fitbit products by. Just got used to the computer dashboard and now it's gone. I need to see about canceling the premium service now.

I will never buy another Fitbit unless they bring back web access.

as of July 8, 2024 there is no more dashboard on the computer. Fitbit's announcement about the dashboard

Concur, once this fitbit dies not getting another one. There are other products out there.
