Inspire 3 not receiving notifications and screen is stuck a battery symbol

Since I updated my fitbit inspire 3, I have a battery symbol with a slash through it on my fitbit.  I do not get notified when I get a text or phone call anymore. I have tried multiple things to correct it, but nothing has worked.  Can I take the update off?

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 stopped receiving notifications and that a battery symbol is stuck on the screen. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, I'd like to confirm that your Inspire 3 does receive notifications but it does not vibrate, Am I correct? If this describes your issue, please check whether your Inspire 3 is in sleep or DND mode. When the do not disturb setting is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The do not disturb icon illuminates, in quick settings.

When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates, in quick settings.

Regarding the battery symbol, I'd recommend restarting your Inspire 3 by following these steps.

Thanks for the reply.   I started getting notifications late last night.  The battery with the / is still there even after restarting.  I am willing to live with that.  I am just glad my notifications have come back.  Thank you
