I upgraded from Inspire 2 to Inspire 3. I want to have certain exercises on the top of my list that I use. I’ve checked out videos and they keep showing an exercise shortcut button. I have looked everywhere and it is not on my particular app. I e seen other people Comment on the videos that they don’t have a shortcut button either. What am I missing? This is so frustrating.

It’s under Settings - Device Preferences on your mobile app. You can edit shortcuts there, hope that helps 🙂

Hi @eispy & @MrBeard, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your exercise shortcuts. Thanks for the contribution @MrBeard
Keep in mind that on the Inspire 3 your most recently used exercises are shown in the Exercise tile and/or at the top of the Exercise app.
In addition, you can change or reorder the exercises on the fitbit app by following the instructions below:
1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap Devices your device.
2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts and make your changes:
Tap to add an exercise.
To remove an exercise, swipe left on a shortcut and tap Delete.
To reorder the exercises, press and hold a shortcut, and drag it up or down to change its position.
3. Sync your device.

Thank you @MrBeard and @DavidFitbit - the extra details were helpful. So...
Tap device icon, device preferences, exercise shortcuts. My device shows a red circle with a - sign in the middle that I just tapped to remove certain exercises. I could also go to "Edit" and add or remove the exercises that way. Are there different versions of Inspire 3 that would show the set up differently?
I've sync'ed the app so my fitbit device should align with the exercises I added. However, my fitbit device is not showing the new exercise preferences. ALSO, I don't use the alarm, time or notifications, and I have to scroll through those before I get to exercise icon. Anyway to remove those?
Thank you!
