iPhone app won’t update

The app is asking me to update the tracker.  I click the button and it says “updating”.  My watch buzzes and says update completed.  Yet I keep getting prompted on my phone app to update?  Phone is charged and updated.  Watch is fully charged.  Any ideas?

@Annieosage , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Please try the following. 

In the Fitbit App tap on the devices icon (upper left corner).
You'll see the list of the paired devices. Tap on the Inspire 3.
Remove the Inspire 3 from your account. 

After it has been removed, as a 1 time thing, please uninstall the Fitbit app. 
Restart your phone (off/on).
When your phone is on again, install the Fitbit app again. 
When it's installed log in. 

Then set up the Inspire 3 again as a new device.

That didn’t work.  And also, my Fitbit won’t let me scroll up to see the different stats.  I tried installing a different clock face but that didn’t work either.  Was working fine until this update issue

@Annieosage , Thank you for your reply and further efforts. 
Please charge the Inspire 3 for at least 30 minutes .

  1. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds, the Inspire 3 should still be connected to the charging cable. 
  2. Release the buttons. The tracker has restarted when it vibrates and the Fitbit logo shows up.\

Please follow these steps, some of which you have already done, but the order is important:

  1.  On your phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth and remove all connections to the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone's operating system version)
  2. Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (Turn it off and on again).
  3. Once your phone is back on, turn Bluetooth back on, but DO NOT try to connect to the tracker from here.
  4. Go to the app. From here, try setting up the tracker as a new device. Please let me know if you get an error message.

Thank you!  That seemed to work!  I had surgery last week and was anxious to get this going again.  I appreciate the help.
