2 days ago fitbit stopped tracking metrics except for mindfulness. Battery is charged. Tried syncing both days, nothing. early this morning app continues to ‘look’ for my inspire. Again it only updates mindfulness when trying to sync

@Kat0511 , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

Please hold both buttons of the Inspire 3 to see the quick settings. 
Please make sure that the tracker is on wristband mode and not clip mode. 

To change the setting, just tap on it. 

Do you see heart rate readings on the tracker ?
Are the green LEDs blinking?
