I got my inspire 3 back in November of 2023, so I haven't had it for a year yet. Last week, it stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep. I did all the trouble shooting the website says to do, and it still won't track them. Do i need to buy a new Fitbit already?

If you click on the Icon in the upper left-hand corner of the app Today screen, does it indicate that BOTH the device and the phone have been synced recently?

You should also check the Settings on your device to make sure that the HR wasn't accidentally turned off, which can happen. The CS team will tell you to toggle the HR setting ON-OFF-ON and then Restart the device as one of their troubleshooting steps, so it couldn't hurt to do that also.

I’ve tried doing that. It doesn’t do anything. Do the Fitbit’s still have that little green light on the side that’s against your wrist? If they do, mine isn’t shining.

If you remove the Inspire 3 device from your wrist, a green LED on the bottom of the device should start blinking. If it doesn't, then the HR sensor is either disabled or non-functional.
If a Factory Reset doesn't get the device working again, then you should return it for a replacement under the Factory 1-year warranty.
