is my inspire 3 dying?

is my inspire 3 dying?.  it'll be 3 years old this fall.  or did the recent update mess it up?  for the past week i have had to do the restart thing on the device, then have had to turn my pixel9 phone off and restart it before it will sync.  i guess i'm asking about the life of the inspire 3?

@cindyp2   The recent update included new Bluetooth security features.  I don't use an Inspire 3, but this update might be the cause.  I think you should contact Support for more help.

I don't think your Inspire 3 is dying.  Fitbits that are just plain getting old usually need more frequent charging from a battery that is getting old.
