looking to buy inspire 3, spec questions?

I had the altahr in the past, and i was looking at other smartwatches but i like the pricepoint, size and colour of the fitbit inspire 3.

i am wondering if the fitbit inspire 3 has the ability to talk to it and set timers/make calls etc?

i know you can answer calls and send texts that are already preset

Hi, @cam1eron you can set timers and alarms on the Inspire 3, but you cannot make calls.  You can receive call notifications on your Inspire 3 and tap to accept or reject the call, but if you accept the call it will come through to your phone and you will need to take the call on your phone.  The Inspire 3 does not have a microphone or a speaker.

The ability to send quick replies to messages is limited to an Inspire 3 connected to an Android phone.  If the Inspire 3 is connected to an iPhone it cannot respond to text messages, Facebook Messenger, etc.  You can find out more about quick replies to messages here .

I have an Inspire 3 and think it is an excellent little Fitbit with a very attractive design.  If you have been using an Alta HR I think you will really enjoy the colour screen.  It does not, however, have all the features of a smartwatch.
