"Ghost" alarm this morning

At  about 7:30 this morning my Inspire 3 abruptly woke me with a strong alarm notification. I did not have an alarm set, nor did my metrics show zone minutes (racing heart). I couldn't find anything to account for the alarm. Any idea what that was all about? Thanks for any advice.

No, I did not. And it hasn't happened since. I didn't want to take the time to call support about it - I was hoping someone here had the answer.  Guess not.
