When I use the fitbit app I have been given credit for active zone minutes that are categorized as "other activities," either moderate or intense. These zone minutes for "other activities" are fictitious; there is no way I was in cardio or peak mode at these times. Under the circumstances, the only time I want credit for active zone minutes is when I manually start an exercise. I have turned off auto-recognition for every exercise that is available for auto-recognition, but "other activities" are still detected. When I look at my exercises (using the "exercise days" tile from the dashboard, these "other activities" do not appear, so I cannot manually delete them either
The fitbit.com dashboard does not have this issue; it is only with the app. But if I am required to use the online dashboard to receive accurate logging of my zone minutes, I want my money back. It is not 2008,and fitbit represented to me that I could track my activity using their app. I and could with the old app that worked perfectly fine.

Hello @DesertEaglePt50 and welcome to the Community. Active zone minutes are awarded when your heart rate is in different zones. This is unrelated to exercise. All users will earn active zone minutes doing daily activity, not just exercise. The web dashboard won't help you. The web dashboard shows active minutes, not active zone minutes. Active minutes are out of date. I'm sorry if you feel misled. Fitbit has a 45 day return policy. Please contact Support if you want to start a return.
