relax app stopped working after update 8/20/24

I just got this fitbit about a week ago, and already the relax app on the watch face is not working right: the circle used for breathing does not expand and contract like it used to after todays update. I've already reset the watch and the problem is still happening.

I also got same problem in that relax session after sometime it started to work but the circles is not comming and we can't understand how to manage it.

same, the words appear but no circle. customer support told me to restart and then factory reset but the problem is still happening. ill let you know if they find a solution for me

I was in contact with support today and bizarrely it seems the circles have been deliberately removed as part of the update, even though the text still suggests we should FOLLOW THE CIRCLE.  

 

I'm new to Fitbit and won't last for long if features are simply removed without notification.
