traveled to Italy, language changed, can't fix?

Hi,

my family recently traveled to Italy. At some point, my Fitbit device started showing prompts in Italian. I assumed it would change again when we moved on to a different country (Switzerland, France, and now back home in the US), but it has not. I've tried to fix it without success. Any ideas? Thanks!

I updated the app, and read both articles and followed the steps before I posted my query.

the one thing I don't know is whether or not I can update my actual device. I have an inspire three that I bought about three years ago.

The most recent update for the Inspire 3 is the version 220.21 as explained here: What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

In order to update your Inspire 3: How do I update my Fitbit device?

The Fitbit app is currently under the 4.50 version: 

• iOS app version 4.50 is now available - 08/28/2025
• Android Fitbit app 4.50 is now available - 08/28/2025

Could you please confirm: 

• What is the current version of your Fitbit app?
• What phone model and operating system do you use?
• What firmware version does your device have?

iphone 16pro, 18.6.1 (os update tonight)

Fitbit app 4.51

Not sure what this number is: "Inspire 3 Version 20001.210.26". Not sure how to get the firmware # if that isn't it.

i'm going to try to sync again and see if some magic takes place by me recording all of these numbers.

The number you shared is indeed the firmware version of your device.

I think it could be due to some situation related to the synchronization of your device.
