Can't change the clock face/date format on Inspire HR

Setting up my new Inspire HR, I can't change from the default clock which has an American time format ie MM/DD format. Tried selecting the face I want from the clock list but nothing happens, just get a circle going round and round like it's thinking about it. So annoying as I want a UK date format . Anyone any ideas please? Thanks - Julie

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not changing clock face nor date format. For the format make sure you select UK as your location. Regarding the clock face lets clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

After this retry changing the clock face.
