Anyone know what the firmware update provided for us? All I see is the slash mark going through the "Screen Wake" and "Notifications" options when I turn them off.

After the update, I was still having trouble getting All-Day Sync and Notifications to work with iPhone 6SE.
That said, after a couple tries removing and re-adding, they are working now.

@brutus001 Per the release that Matt linked:
VERSION 1.57.15
I noticed that the On Wrist/Off Wrist option was removed for my Inspire HR as well (since it isn't meant to be in a clip and to minimize confusion). I like that we can see sleep and water when we swipe up now. That puts it more in line with the features of the Charge 3 "Quick View".
The update took about 30 minutes for me and everything works great! Thanks @MattFitbit

@Heather-S The phone app said the update might take up to 10 minutes. It actually took about 45. I think they use the same timer as Windows....

@brutus001 I moved your post to this thread. Just a heads up. The major change that was introduced is that you can now see additional daily stats on your wrist, including sleep duration, water intake, and more.
@sugarsmax Great to hear that you were able to get those features to work. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts.
@wtksk8r Yeah mine took closer to a half hour using iOS. I will be sure to communicate that to our team.
@Heather-S Thanks for the assistance.
Looking forward to hearing more feedback around this release. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know below. Thanks!

Hi, Just after the firmware update the device isn't showing the Heart Rate reading. Instead I'm seeing two dashes. Also the led at the bottom of the device isn't flashing at all. I couldn't find any heart rate related setting in the FitBit app for android.

@darkclown Swipe down (scroll up) on the Inspire until you get to the top and you will see the Settings icon. Tap this then swipe up (scroll down) until you see the Heart Rate.

I tried it already. Went into the settings in the fitbit by swiping down. But there are just three settings(phonegps, clear user data and device info). Couldn't find the heart rate setting there.

@darkclown That is odd. It is the second item on mine. Have you tried restarting the unit? Put the unit on the charger then while on the charger press and hold the button for about 5 seconds. Do this 2 to 3 times in a row to make sure it has rebooted properly then try the settings again.

I just finished the update, all the new features, seem kind of pointless (to me), as we still can't log our water (for example) from the actual device, and we'd still have to do that from the app or website. I think they'd be more useful if we were able to edit the information (add water or weight for example) from the device. It just seems like they may drain the battery a bit faster to have them all on the screen, especially as they are only to view.
Mostly updated for any fixes and to keep current in case something does happen to my device (but I've had no issues with it yet)

@darkclown Welcome to the forums!
I actually noticed that my Inspire HR was not reading heart rate and that the toggle was missing from the settings app on wrist. I was able to resolve the issue by clearing user data (also found in the settings app). I am now reading HR and have the toggle in my settings. I would give that a shot but be sure to sync first before you clear the data.
Let me know how it goes!
@wtksk8r Thanks for the assist! I appreciate you.

Hey! Thanks man. It worked. Cleared off the data after syncing the device. And boom I got it back.

I just got my inspire HR and I set it up downloaded the firmware and thought cool ready to go!
Not so much, my app swears I still have a firmware update. I've tried restarting the app, restarting the inspire hr, restarting my phone. Still there!
It's not syncing to my app because of this. I'm off to uninstall and reinstall the app but any other suggestions would be great!

Hi @Rainyrivers. Welcome to the community.
Did re-installing the fitbit app clear the update notification?

Hi, I have a brand new Inspire HR and I'm trying to set it up, but it makes no progress at all with the firmware update and the screen is only showing either the update bar which isn't moving, or if I reboot the phone the fitbit.com/setup screen.
It's very disappointing for a new piece of kit that's only just been launched in the UK.

Let's try a restart of the tracker Connect the charger to a power source and connect your tracker. Hold down the left button for about 5 to 6 seconds or until your screen goes blank.
When you restart your tracker should display a happy face or a setup screen.
At this point attempt to setup your device again.
Also what phone or tablet do you have?

What if we don’t want to see all that, like water and miles walked etc on the wrist ? How do we turn certain things off
