Hi, i can't sync my inspire hr with health 365. When i tried to sync the heath app with my fitbit, the app keeps prompting that i have yet to sync my fitbit app, I need to sync and update my tracker with fitbit app before i can sync with the heath app.

Let me help you with your Health 365 integration. Is your Inspire HR syncing with your Fitbit app? The integration should be handled by the third party app as they develop the integration. Once you connect both apps (your tracker won't sync to the third party app, it will sync with your Fitbit app and that data will be transferred to the other app) the data should flow as expected by the developer.

Thank you. I have managed to reconnect both apps by deleting and reinstall both apps again. But current issue for the health app is that it only sync once and it takes the steps and data based on the first sync. All other updated which i tried to sync later were gone. Example if i sync at 6pm, my steps shows 5000 steps. I try to sync again at 9pm when steps accumlated to 10000 steps. The health app only shows 5000 steps even though fitbit app shows 10000 steps.
