0% Battery after upgrading to 70.7.14

I have been using my Fitbit very well for the past 18months. I just updated the tracker firmware to 70.7.14 with fully charged before sleep. On the next day when I wake up the battery becomes 0%.

It happens again on the next day with full charged at night and 0% in the morning.

 

Could anyone please advise what fix I can apply to it? Thanks.

Hi @Mspain - I have complained about this vigorously to FitBit here, and to their social media channels. So far, they’ve blamed squarely to normal battery performance drop-off! I call that BS, it is clearly their firmware that caused it. 

I have been raising awareness of this on their social media channels as well. 

They need to own up to their quality issues!

Same thing has happened to me and now my Ionic doesn't work. Fitbit's solution? A 25% discount on a new one?
