So after a while of not using my fitbit I decided to get back on board. Went to log in but forgot my password so requested the link to reset my password however I never received it, I tried this several times with no success.
I then created a new account. Since looking back old fitbit emails it looks like both accounts have set up under the same email address as my original emails (weekly reports etc) have been sent to the same email address as I'm using just now!
1 how is this possible and 2 is there anyway for me to access my old account?

Hi @natalie_yule,
It's not possible as far as I know to have two accounts under one email. Have you checked your spam folder to see if the reset email was sent there?

Yes I have checked my spam folder numerous times.
