You had better luck than me. Both of my ionics lasted abotu 6 months each. Luckily Amazon refunded me after having bad luck with the Ionic even though my warranty was up with fitbit.
My wife bought me a charge 3 and I've been wearing it for over a year so I feel like that the Charge 3 is more reliable than the Ionic.
My wife just bought herself the versa 2 and it looks to have corrected the mistakes that fitbit made when manufacturing the Ionic. If you don't need GPS, you might want to look at the versa 2, it looks pretty darn good.
