2 issues - My Ionic has not synced in almost a week, and is not saving my runs

My Ionic hasn't synced in almost a week, when I plug it into the computer it says there is an internal error.  I have tried everything posted in other threads, and nothing has worked.

Also, when I go on a run, it shows my stats when I'm finished, but hasn't been saving them.  When I go back through my workouts the runs are missing?

Yeah that sounds screwy.  If you have already tried everything would contact Tech Support.  If they cannot get your device to work properly they should replace it.  Many have reported getting replacement devices by contacting them directly.  Unfortunately no one on this Help Forum has any authority -> they just refer there anyways.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
