What you should do?

-Get a FitBit-"compatible" phone

-Pray that some time FitBit acknowledges the problem and fixes it.

By the way, my battery life is even lower now - goes through 70% of it within a day.

I'm sure the iPhone is on the compatible list, but as with any computer, occsosionly your phone or tracker may have a hissy fit.

Pulled out my old fitbit charge, powered it up, went to fitbit.com on my iPhone SE and it synced immediately and very fast - AMAZED !

@srfpala your still must have been connected to your Fitbit account and you must have had the Fitbit app running on a phone, Ipad, or computer.

Fitbit.com through the browser is unable the sync your Charge.

The browser will only display data that has already synced to the Fitbit account .

I'm glad it syncs
