Went thru on screen instructions, then offered an update. Spending hours trying to do this update process. Seemed to install ok but downloading update is taking forever, still trying. started 5 hours ago.

New Ionic did same thing I replaced my old one for tonight. After a while on treadmill (20 minutes or so)I checked steps and they were about the same as when I got on it. Did a reset and it updated. I’m not so concerned of old one as was 2 years old(I think) and extended warranty went out in December. Can’t find fix on here.
