8-05-18 Help! In Stockholm old town. Lost Ionic Charger and need to get one or charge.

Hello, I’m visiting from the USA and I left my Ionic charger on the plane. I have about 1-2 days left on charge. I’ve redently had a back procedure and I’m trying to track my steps until I get back to states. Does anyone know where in Stockholm I can get a cable for the ionic or borrow one for an hour to charge up to get back home? I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi,

So I'm living in Gothenburg but google "stadium" or "XXL" which are retailers of Fitbit, both have stores in stockholm, I guess however there are loads of places selling fitbit in central stockholm. The electronic store "Elgiganten", "Netonnet" and "Webhallen" seems to sell it too.

Hope you find one and enjoy Stockholm!

Thank you very much! That’s a huge help!

On a lighter note...I just got in earlier from Amsterdam and noticed there aren’t any liquor stores here in old town. I got spoiled on good beer there and was looking where to buy some great and strong beer without having to go to a pub every night. I’m on foot so it would be preferable to walk. Any suggestions?

No problems,

Well, Liquor stores in Sweden are called Systembolaget, only open Mon-fri 10-19 and sat 10-15. So you'll have to go tomorrow morning. There should be a few around old town, maybe not there but sure in walking distance from there. So google "systembolaget", The one on "norrlandsgatan 3" seems to be the best one close to you!

Thanks for the XXXL tip. I went there. They didn’t sell it. But...I used their display charger and stood there for one hour to get me back to 90%. Just enough to get home. Cheers!
