Hi
I have my ionic for 3 weeks now and I was hoping with the new OS 2.0 to no longer have issues when switching clockfaces or synching but i'm affraid it's still the case.
Every time I choose a clockface it first says "unable to install", I get the fitbit logo and a Red cross and my clockface shows an error. Then i have to close the app and go back to clockfaces and "continue install". When I do this, 9 times out of 10 it will work and my clockface appears. But I'm guessing it is not the way it should work. I tried rebooting and factory reset but the problems remain. Do I have a faulty watch or does this happen to other people as well?
Another thing is the synchronisation. Sometimes it says it can't find my ionic. Which is weird because 2 hours ago it synchronised without any problems. When the ionic works it's great but to many times It stopped working, either gps signal could not be found , or could not sync my watch or notifications stopped working etc... Pfff I really want to like this watch but these frustrations are not helping.
Thanks in advance for some advice on what to do.
Kind regards

This sounds serious.I can’t help you since I don’t have OS 2 but I’m thinking you should talk to customer support. They are very helpful.
Hope this helps!
