My Fitbit ionic does not receive notifications from my phone since I updated it today. My dashboard keeps telling me to restart my phone to receive the notifications and iv done that close to 10 times. All of my notifications are on. I have an android.

Thanks for the info. I hope it will be fixed soon. I am no longer using my Fitbit because of this issue and it feels wierd using my other watch. Until this issue is fixed, I have no reason to use my Fitbit unless it's for a run.

What update? I wasn't aware of any update. I have had issues with not receiving notifications since early November.
