Really annoyed. Removed Ionic, turned on and off, turned off bluetooth. What the heck??

happened with me too - found out that there are specific phones supported 

 

so i checked out various things through fit bit via facebook.

 

very helpful guys - so far my fit bit got synced. so lets see what happens next.
