Access to wallet in the app disappeared

10 dags ago I got the wallet to work and setup my card in the Ionic. So far so good.

Thursday last week the Fitbit app was then updated to version 2.59, and now the wallet access in the app has disappeared.

The pay functionality on the Ionic still works, but I cannot manage my cards.

I have uninstalled the app, restarted the phone and installed the app again, but this did not solve the problem.

I am using the android app.

A colleague of mine also using Ionic has experienced the same problem but on the iOS app.

@MSDK thanks for joining us an for troubleshooting beforehand. Please make sure that you're following these steps to open the Wallet on the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon> Tap your Ionic's image > Tap Wallet.

If that doesn't do it. I recommend setting up your Ionic to your Fitbit account again by doing the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your Ionic and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hope this helps. In case you have done this to no avail, then please post me a screenshot of what you're describing so that I can take a further look into it.

Good luck! Smiley Wink

This answers NOTHING!! The wallet icon in the app is gone. Re-installing the watch doesn't do anything except waste time.
