Recently received my ionic, first gym session with it on last night & apparently I wasn't in peak heart rate mode at all which I would be fairly surprised at. How can I tailor the ionic so it's more accurate? Also I was wondering if it can pick up the sort of activities I'm doing such as weights etc as it also showed that I only burned 106 calories in an intense 1 hour session?

I've also noticed this when compared to my Charge 2. Personally I always thought the charge was over estimating the caloric burn. The heart rate especially for intervals seems much more accurate or the Ionic when compared to the HR and Charge 2. I've had mine since this past Thursday and have done 5 exercise sessions thus far.
