Activate minutes disappearing

Hi

the active minutes appears to not be working on my ionic. A number of times now I have been for a walk/run and it’s recorded the active minutes, then an hour or so later it has gone back to zero or reduced. The previous time this happened I managed to take pictures of the watch face but doesn’t look like I can attached these. It’s also reduced the calories burned too. I have tried resetting the Fitbit twice using the 2 button shut down but this hasn’t cured the problem. 
tjis has only happened since the last firmware update. 
This is my 4th Fitbit (2x charges, 1x blaze and now my ionic) and none of them have lasted past 18 months.

I appreciate the detailed information shared and the troubleshooting tried. It's pretty weird that your active minutes are disappearing from your account. 

I would like you to attach pictures to your next reply following the tips on this post. This will help me to further investigate it. 

In the meantime, please check that there are no activities logged on your Dashboard that might be deleting the active minutes your Ionic is syncing.

Hi

i have been for another walk today and it has reset itself again both on the watch and in the app. I’ve taken numerous pictures. I have noticed that when I’ve logged back in to the walk an extra entry for the walk has appeared in my exercises so has recorded it twice.

Can I get an answer to the below? It is still occurring even after today’s firmware update, it’s rather annoying

Me too. I did the update this morning. Went for a walk. 1 hour. The fitbit says 1 hour. The page says one hour. My phone app says 45 minutes. Why can't this be fixed? I also can't get minutes for bike ride. Ride for an hour, gives me 0 minutes of activity.
