I started having issues with my ionic yesterday. Yesterday I had 2 hours of active minutes that were erased. This morning I had 33 active minutes then I looked later and only 15. The calories burned during these time blocks also appear to be removed. This evening another 12 minutes activity removed and calories removed. Also stopped tracking sleep yesterday. Please help.

It's pretty weird that your active minutes are disappearing from your account. I would like you to double check if you have any manually logged activities that might be deleting your active minutes. If you wore your Ionic and then logged an activity, the data that you're getting might be overridden.
If your active minutes are still being deleted, please provide me with screenshots of what you're getting in your Fitbit app.
Regarding your sleep, I wonder if it's not tracking your sleep stages or if it's not tracking your sleep at all. If it's not tracking your sleep, please try the following troubleshooting:
- Restart your Ionic
- Try sleeping with your watch on your non-dominant hand

After calling FITBIT 4 days in a row and trying different solutions, I was instructed to return the FitBit. I mailed it from the post office on 3/16.
