Active minutes not syncing

Hello, my dashboard stats match my watch except my active minutes. My watch shows 51 active minutes but my dashboard displays 0. Everything else is spot on. I have restarted Bluetooth, restarted my watch, and deleted then reinstalled the app. This is a new watch (Ionic), only a few months old. Thoughts?

It might be that it just has not yet synced, and active minutes will update when it does sync.  Several data fields can display correctly on phone dashboard directly from tracker via bluetooth without having actually sync'ed through the Fitbit cloud.  But active minutes is not one of these - I suspect it has to go back to the Fitbit computers to calculate what qualifies as active minutes rather than reading them directly.

See Can I see real-time data in the Fitbit app?

To check the last time your tracker did sync, from phone app, click tracker icon near top right.  The next tracker page tells when it actually did last sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I was hoping that was the case! This morning though when I checked, all of
my stats from yesterday are now missing from the dashboard. To clarify,
everything that was correct yesterday has now reset itself to 0.
