Activities not showing in the app properly

Sinds the beginning of November, my Fitbit app is not showing my activities as it should.

 

I had started an activity on my Fitbit Ionic, (running) did a 5km run, but when I came home and tried to connect if the app it took ages. When things finally starts to appear, it was not showing the km's nor time. It's was the wrong activity name (workout). I can change the activity to running but I can't at the km's. Also, my GPS is not showing up. 

 

Already restarted my Fitbit and reconnect to my phone. I also already deleted my Fitbit from the app. Nothing helped.

Hi, Did you clear the Fitbit App storage cache and force stop, or uninstall and reinstall and setup the Notification and App Notifications?
