Activity Tracker not updating after latest firmware release - and i have restarted my Ionic already

@Ionicman Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for trying the restart on your Ionic in order to sort this out.

 

Are you still experiencing this situation with your Ionic? If you are you can also try the following:

 

  • Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, turn Bluetooth back on. Try to sync.
  • Log out from the Fitbit App, reboot your phone, log back in to the Fitbit App. Try to sync.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit App. Try to sync.

This should certainly help you out with this. Please give it a try!
