My Adidas Ionic is only showing logo I tried pushing the left and right buttons and the left and bottom right etc. deleted it from my account to try and set up and still nothing but the logo. My phone cannot connect to it. Help please

It seems you're receiving a Fitbit log because your Ionic isn't paired to your account anymore. I would like you to try this set up procedure and if you're receiving any error message please follow the tips mentioned in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? Can you let me know which mobile device are you using?
