I had a Ionic, Adidas Edition that died. I sent it off to Asurion, the warranty company, and they said they fixed it and sent it back. It comes back with the Adidas Edition band, but when I set it up, it sets up as a regular Ionic and I can’t get the Adidas Edition watch face. (I have bad vision and bought this watch for the large numbers on that watch-face).
I am selecting the Adidas Edition during the set up via the app. I’ve tried 3 times now. It does have trouble pairing after the numbers on the watch screen are added to the app when it asks for them. Any ideas?
Is there any way to determine that the watch is the Adidas Edition? I wonder if the warranty company switched watches on me?

It sounds like they replaced it with a standard ionic.
Best I can say is to look at the small print on the back, or contact Assyrian

I'm not sure if their is a difference, but if there is, then this would be the easiest way to tell.
