Adidas Ionic

I have bought the Adidas Ionic from Argos and it's hasn't got the Adidas Software loaded. I have factory reset the watch 5 times and everytime it downloads the standard apps. I have been in touch with fitbit and they sent me a link to set it up but I have done all the things and it still hasn't downloaded the Adidas Faces or Training App.

Any advice would be helpful 😊

I would return it and get one from Fitbit so you know what you are getting.
