After a little over a year, my Ionic just died...what now?

This evening, I was headed to the gym when I realized my ionic was dead, so I headed home to charge it. When I went to charge it, the 0% battery screen showed, so I went on my merry way.

Now, I went to see how much the watch was charged, and it wasn't responding, and was warm to the touch.

I let it cool down, and tried everything at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3ABattery&fs=Search&pn=1.

It wasn't wet and the PC I used to charge it was fine, so why is this happening?

I read through similar posts, but didn't get a good grasp of what else to try.

Help me, please! I didn't budget to buy a new watch one year later...

Reading through the other posts with this issue is discouraging. I'm trusting that Fitbit will do the right thing here...😟

@brown_fat welcome to the club. Many of us have been stolen by Fitbit and did not get any respectful response from Fitbit. In fact, Fitbit does not care to us (customers).

Mine just did the same thing... did you get yours fixed or did you have to buy a new one?
